2019 Annual General Meeting

The Trust’s 2019 AGM will be on Thursday 5 December at 7:30pm in the Grey Hospitality Suite at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium. All are welcome, members and non-members alike.

During the evening Chairman Nick Rogers will give an update on what we’ve worked on in the last year and the plans for the year ahead.  There will be Trust board elections, a review of the 2018-19 audited accounts, and an update on membership. In any other business we’ll discuss whatever you’d like to discuss, be it queries on current activities, the potential ground move or ideas for the future. The Trust is Your organisation and we welcome all input.

We’re always looking for more people to get involved with the team, and if you’d like to get involved then please have a chat with Nick Rogers, Graham Hobbins (the club’s PA man) or Peter Davis on a matchday. Alternatively you can drop us an email on info@brakestrust.com. If you’d like to stand for election to the board then please see the details in the Notice document below.

Car sharing: We’ll have people coming from Warwick and Leamington so if you need a lift to the ground then please drop us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help.
