Graham’s Fundraising Challenge!
Board member (and Leamington FC PA man) Graham Hobbins is undertaking a physical fundraising challenge to raise cash for Leamington FC and the Trust. Graham is attempting to cover a distance of 100 km on his cross-trainer over a period of ten days, and he’s streaming it all live on his Facebook page.
Graham writes: “To keep myself fit during lockdown I purchased a cross trainer. My plan is to do a 100km challenge – that’s 100km over ten days which will take me about half an hour every day. All raising much needed money for the club and the Trust”.
Graham started the challenge yesterday (Tues 9 June), powering through over 11km on his first day with style. He schedules the daily challenge for 3pm every day, and each day he wears a different Leamington FC shirt, inviting viewers to share their best memories of the team in that strip.
