New Stadium outline plans approved by WDC
As reported by the Coventry Evening Telegraph:
Leamington Spa is set to undergo a transformation which will see new sports facilities, a new riverside park and more homes being built.
Last week, Warwick District Council executive councillors voted in favour of a series of recommendations to allow the ambitious project to move forward.
A new site at Europa Way will see the development of a new football stadium, athletics track and school.
Elsewhere, a new riverside park will be built with cycle routes connecting the town to nearby Warwick and beyond.
The town is also set to get its first permanent gypsy and traveller site.
