Confirmed for Awards evening – JayKays Dance Company

We are pleased to announce that Sorority from JayKays Dance Company are confirmed to perform at the Citizen of the Year Awards evening.

Sorority are a dance group of 10 female dancers aged 16 – 27 years old who predominately perform with a commercial street dance style.

The dancers all attend Jaykays Dance Company, a busy dance school based in Leamington Spa. The school offers classes to all ages starting from 2 years old lessons in ballet, tap, street dance, freestyle and gymnastics. It was founded in 2005 by Principal Miss Jeren Hogben and now has over 150 pupils attending. The school produce an annual dance variety show and raise money for The Myton Hospices. Pupils can take part in local performances and events, competitions, awards days, examinations and more.

Sorority was formed by the 10 dancers who wanted to start a commitment group that choreograph, learn and polish entertaining street dance routines. The girls are delighted to be performing at the “Citizen of the Year” awards in such a fantastic venue.
