Brakes Trust 2013 AGM
Many thanks to those who attended the Trust’s AGM last month. Please keep an eye on this website for the minutes which will be posted in the next few days.

Share Certificates
The Christmas break has given us a chance to catch up on writing out share certificates! If you’re a Trust member but haven’t ever had a share certificate, then one will be waiting for you at the New Year’s Day game. We’ll be on a stall in the carpark side stand, next to Graham on the PA. (For info – it’s member numbers 150 onwards).

Leamington FC Limited AGM
The club have announced that their AGM will be on Sunday 12 January starting at 11am in the clubhouse at the New Windmill Ground. The Trust, as shareholders in the club, has received the invite, notice of the AGM and the agenda.

The Trust will be represented at the Leamington FC Ltd AGM and, as always, if any Trust members have any questions, comments or queries which they would like to be put forward then please email them to info@brakestrust.com
