Trust board vacancy

There is currently a vacancy for at least one person to be co-opted onto the Brakes Trust board, so we’re asking all of our members if they’d like to get more involved.

The Trust board currently comprises Peter Davis (Chairman), Peter Bowen, Roy Sandison, Nick Rogers, Jim Miller and Adrian Barton. In line with our rules (published here – item 56) we should have at least one co-opted board member.

In particular we are currently without a Treasurer, so if we have any members with a background in Accounting then we’d love to hear from you.

That said, we do have a number of other projects in the pipeline which need additional hands, including a football event in the summer and a project looking after historical items. Plus of course we’re pretty busy at the moment with Citizen of the Year 2012!
