Confirmed for Awards evening – Bodies and Co

The Trust are excited to announce that Bodies and Co will be performing a fashion show at the Citizen of the Year Awards Ceremony.

The Bodies and Co fashion show has grown and developed over the years, playing to full houses on two nights in November, and has raised thousands of pounds for local charities. It is a slick show and great entertainment for the whole family.

Jenni Fuller writes: “Bodies & Co were so pleased when asked to put on a mini-fashion show for the Citizen of the Year Award evening, as we know it is going to be a great evening for such a good cause.

The fashion shows we put on every year have become a legend locally, raising lots of money for local charities and at the Citizen of the Year event we will bring you a small cameo of our last year’s best ever show.

Bodies & Co is a local fitness company with a difference and has been running for over 30 years. Instead of paying high membership fees to belong to a health club, with Bodies & Co you just pay as you go.

We serve the community. We go to where you are, to your village or town, running a variety of classes such as hi/low aerobics, body conditioning, step and pilates based workouts. We all know how important it is to keep fit and healthy and we will do our best to help you to do just that for an affordable few pounds.

We have also introduced line dancing classes, and these have proved very popular. Line dancing is good gentle exercise and very good for brain too.
