2011 Annual General Meeting: This Thursday
The Brakes Trust’s 2011 Annual General Meeting will be on Thursday 1 December at the New Windmill Ground, starting at 7:30pm. (Clubhouse open 7pm). Download the full AGM Notice below.
The meeting will be open to both members and non-members of the Trust, however only members will be allowed to speak and only adult members will be allowed to vote.
The meeting agenda will include reports from the Chairman and Treasurer, and will also include a summary of the Trust’s aims and objectives for the coming year.
At the AGM, current Treasurer Paul Sandison will be standing down from his role on the board. The Trust thanks Paul for all of his fantastic work and inspiration since the formation of the Trust, and looks forward to continuing to work together albeit with Paul not on the board.
In addition to this, a further two board members will resign and re-stand for election, in accordance with the Trust’s rules.
Therefore there will be an election for up to three Trust board member positions. Details are in the formal AGM Notice which you can download below.
If you’re unable to attend the AGM then you can nominate another person to attend and vote on your behalf. This person doesn’t need to be a member of the Trust. Details on how to do this are in the Notice which can be downloaded below.
