Fan Experience Survey 2011
Following the plan to run a Fan Experience Survey in early August, the Trust and club have now worked in partnership to produce a joint survey, and this will be undertaken this Saturday 26 November at the home game against St Albans. So please don’t be afraid if you’re accosted by a Trust member wielding a clip board!
We want to find out what makes our fans tick, what areas of the football experience you’re happy with, and what areas need improvement.
We hope you can spare a few moments of your time and once the results are in they’ll be published here and on the Leamington FC website.
The inspiration to run a fan experience survey came from two angles. Firstly the recognition of the need to engage with the Brakes fanbase more, not just Trust members. And secondly from hearing about a project at AFC Telford United; their Trust ran a Peer Review process, looking at every single aspect of the club in order to identify areas for improvement. The full report is very much worth a read, and can be downloaded from here:

With our Fan Experience survey we’re only undertaking a small part of the overall review which Telford undertook, but nevertheless we hope it gleans some good results. We also hope that this will only be the first stage too; the logical next step would be to do a survey on people *not* attending the games by getting out into the town. We’ll hope to address this in the spring.
Once again, thanks in advance for your input and keep an eye out for the results.
Call for volunteers: Can you help out with a clipboard on the day? The more people we have, the easier for everyone. We will be outside the turnstiles from 1:45 on the 26 Nov. Pens and clipboard provided! Please email us if you can lend a hand. info@brakestrust.com
