Leamington FC Ltd AGM announced

Since the Trust is now a shareholder in Leamington FC Limited, all Trust members are now stakeholders in the company. The club have announced the date of their 2011 Annual General Meeting, Sunday 10 July 2011, to be held at the New Windmill Ground starting 11am. The club will be presenting the accounts for the 2009/2010 financial year.

The Brakes Trust will be represented at the LFC AGM by Vice Chairman Peter Bowen, and most of the Trust board will also attend either on the basis of owning their own shares, or acting as proxies for shareholders who cannot attend. They will be present at the AGM to represent YOU, our members, so we want to hear from you with any comments or queries which you wish to be raised. Remember, this is Your Trust – Your Voice.

All Trust members have been forwarded the official paperwork which we have received relating to the AGM. Note that at this time neither the full accounts nor the minutes from last year’s AGM are in hand. If you supplied the Trust with an email address at sign-up then you should have this in an email already. If not, keep an eye on your postbox 20/21 June.

We would like to request that all correspondence is back with us by Saturday 25 June, thus allowing time to be reviewed. (In some cases we may wish to get back to people, to discuss issues further if necessary).

The Trust will be holding a full board meeting prior to the club AGM, at which time all comments and queries will be discussed, and questions (for the AGM) will be agreed. The Trust involvement at the AGM will be minuted by the Trust’s secretary, and a review will be emailed back to our members following the meeting.
